Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to SKLR, a mobile application operated by SKLR Sports GmbH (“SKLR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SKLR mobile application (the “App”), including any associated services offered through the App (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

3. Description of Services

SKLR is a platform that connects football players (“Players”) with coaches (“Coaches”) for one-on-one field training sessions and online courses. We provide a platform for Players and Coaches to find each other, communicate, and arrange training sessions and courses.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account (“Account”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SKLR immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5. User Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers or networks that support the Services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. Player and Coach Responsibilities

Players: You are responsible for selecting a Coach that meets your needs and expectations. You acknowledge that SKLR does not screen or endorse Coaches and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Coaches.

Coaches: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the provision of coaching services.

8. Fees and Payment

The fees for coaching sessions and online courses will be determined by the Coach. SKLR may collect a facilitation fee for connecting Players and Coaches. The specific fees will be displayed on the App before you book a session or course. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services contain intellectual property owned by SKLR or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of the content of the Services without SKLR’s prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SKLR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-OR MALWARE-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

SKLR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or SKLR. We may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate these Terms by deleting your Account.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of Germany and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, Germany].

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SKLR regarding the use of the Services.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. You are expected to check this
